Industry solutions:lThe vibrator can adopt three structures: gear forced vibrator, self synchronous vibrator, and vibrating motor. Rotating speed 1500rpm, double amplitude 3.5-4.5mm.The vibration intensity is>5g, which has the advantages of good dewatering effect and high vibration intensity.
lThe cross beam under the screen adopts the rectangular beam structure with high structural strength. Sticking rubber can be selected to prevent materials from corroding the cross beam, increasing its service life by 2-3 times.
lThe overall assembly of the screen frame adopts the riveted structure to avoid uneven assembly stress and vibration looseness, with high structural strength.
lThe screen panel can be used modular polyurethane or stainless steel, with the advantages of high opening rate and good dewatering effect.
