lThe vibration parameters of the vibrating screen have reached the international advanced level:double amplitude 2A=9mm, vibration frequency n=850-900r/min, vibration intensity reaches 3.7g-4.9g and has high screening efficiency and large capacity.

lThe lower cross beams of the screen surface, the screen plate support beams, the back baffle, the side plates, the reinforcements on the side plates, and the side plates are all made of Q245R plates, and their yield strength is greater than 245Mpa.

lHelical gear driven forced synchronous box-type vibrator, stable and reliable operation, low noise, stable projection angle, constant material movement, uniform material layer thickness, and no local accumulation phenomenon.

lThe bearing adopts a special bearing for vibration machinery. Its lubrication method adopts thin oil gear splash lubrication. The formation of oil mist makes the oil film on the surface of the bearing rolling element uniform and fully lubricated. The bearing is not easy to heat up and has a long service life.

lThe overall assembly of the screen frame adopts cold riveting technology (ring-groove rivet connection) to avoid uneven assembly stress and vibration loosening. The reinforcements on the side plates are steel plate bending parts to ensure their mechanical properties.The low carbon steel double I-shaped structure is welded and formed with planed grooves, which has strong impact resistance, bending resistance and good craftsmanship. The lower cross beam of the screen frame adopts a rectangular square beam structure, which has high strength and large bending section coefficient under the same conditions. The bending moment is small and the comprehensive mechanical life is long.
