HXSb sieve bend is a kind of non-powered equipment, mainly used for dewatering, demedium and desliming of medium and fine materials in coal preparation, mineral processing, electric power and other industries. It is mainly used for dewatering of clean coal&coarse coal slime, and demedium of lump coal, clean coal, medium coal and gangue. It is generally installed in front of the power screen and used in conjunction with it to reduce the number or area of the power screen. The screen has a simple and lightweight structure and occupies a small area.

Industry solutions:lRubber sheets or ceramic liners can be glued to the feeding box of sieve bend , which can increase the life.The inside of the feeding box is equipped with an overflow baffle, and the material is overflowed inside the feeding box, which not only prevents running water, but also makes the material feed in the tangential direction along the full width of the screen surface.
lThe discharge end of feeding box is equipped with a baffle plate, which has a counterweight and can be adjusted according to the water pressure, so that the material moves along the arc screen surface, and every time the material crosses a screen strip, due to the impact of the liquid flow and the side of the screen strip, the sharp corner of the screen strip can destroy the tension of the water on the surface of the particles, so that a part of the water and fine particles are divided under the screen. In this way, the liquid flow is gradually thinned, and finally most of the water and fine particles become the under sizes.
lThe screen base can adjust the installation angle, and users can adjust it according to the actual situation on site.
