1.The bearing gland is too tight

There needs to be a certain clearance between the gland of the vibrating screen and the outer ring of the bearing, so as to ensure the normal heat dissipation of the bearing and a certain axial runout.

Solution: If the bearing gland is too tight, it can be adjusted by the gasket between the end cover and the bearing seat, and adjusted to the suitable clearance.

2. bearing oil is too much or too little, oil pollution or oil quality does not match

The lubrication system can ensure the normal operation of the vibrating screen bearing, prevent foreign body intrusion and sealing role, but also to exclude friction heat, reduce friction, wear, and prevent the bearing from heating up too high, so in production, be sure to ensure the amount and quality of vibrating screen bearing grease.

Solution: need to regularly refill the bearing box in accordance with the requirements of the use of equipment to avoid too much or too little oil, if there is a problem with the quality of oil, need to promptly clean, replace the oil and seal.

3. Bearing radial clearance is too small

Vibrating screen bearing radial clearance is too small, will make the bearing over-wear and heating, mainly because the bearing load is larger, the frequency is higher, and the load has been changing.

Solution: It is recommended that the bearing use large clearance, if it is a common clearance bearing, the bearing outer ring can be ground and ground into a large clearance.
