The screening efficiency is above 88%. Equipment has stable and reliable running, advanced vibrating parameters. Vibrating intensity is more than 4g. Width of circular vibrating screen reaches 3.6m. The area of surface more than 26 ㎡, this achieved the large-scale and efficient screening of the equipment. The project has proprietary intellectual property rights, 1 invention patent, 1 utility model patent, 1 national standard and 1 industry standard; The product has passed the inspection of Liaoning product quality supervision and inspection institute, and has been installed and applied by the user, and achieved the expected application effect, with remarkable economic and social benefits; The project results have a wide application prospect in the sand aggregate industry, and the comprehensive technical performance index has reached the international advanced level. 'High-efficiency self-cleaning classifying screen' project results developed a new technology of high-efficiency self-cleaning classifying screen, which realized the self-cleaning function of vibrating screen and solved the international problems of material blocking, pasting hole and low passing rate for viscous wet fine particle coal (moisture content 7% ~ 14%; classifying particle size 3mm ~ 13mm) in dry deep screening operation; New technologies of 'elastic cantilever bar screen panel' and 'tensioning linear screen panel' are put forward. While the screen panel vibrates with the screen frame of the main machine, it generates secondary vibration and realizes self-cleaning function. The screening efficiency is above 88%. Through parameter optimization, the vibrating strength of screen (5.2g ~ 6.3g) is increased, and the reliability of running and handling capacity of unit area are improved.
